We personally handle and ship every order to ensure the highest level of service and care. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

Products listed through our partner suppliers (Shopify Collective) are fulfilled and shipped directly by the supplier. While we carefully select trusted partners, the supplier remains responsible for product authenticity, quality, and safety. Return and refund policies for these items may differ from our standard policies and are shown on each product page.

Note: Products outside our nail product category (e.g., handbags, fashion items, cosmetics, etc.) are supplied by our partners. These items follow the supplier’s shipping, return, and refund policies, which are clearly displayed on each product page.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. If customers choose not to purchase shipping insurance, our store will not be responsible for any loss, damage, misdelivery, or theft of the order during transit.


⚠️ Shipping insurance applies to our nail products only. For supplier/retail partner items (makeup, fashion, food, etc.), please refer to their shipping and return policies.

 

 


1. Order Processing Time


  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you via email.



2. Shipping Area

    We ship within the United States and internationally to the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia.

3. Estimated Delivery Time


  • Economy: 5–8 business days (Domestic Orders (within the US)).

  • Economy International: 6-18 business days (International Orders (outside the US))



Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.


4. Shipping Fees


  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Orders:

We currently do not collect VAT, GST, or import duties at checkout. Customers outside the United States may be required to pay import taxes or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by us.



5. Order Tracking


  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.



6. Lost, Misplaced, or Damaged Packages

We package and ship all orders with care. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.


  • Lost Packages: If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please first check with your local postal carrier or neighbors before contacting us.
  • Damaged Packages: If your items arrive damaged, please email photos of the packaging and the damaged product, along with a video of the unboxing process, to info@aibeautysupply.com within 48 hours of delivery.



7. Order Changes & Cancellations


  • We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed.
  • To request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.
